Return & Refund Policy – CozyDwella

At CozyDwella, we want you to love the furniture you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below to understand how it works and what to expect.


Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it.

  • You must have the order number or proof of purchase.

Important: Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or assembled cannot be returned unless they are faulty or defective.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or use

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is:

  • The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If the item shows signs of use or damage, we may offer a partial refund or decline the refund altogether.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt until your return is confirmed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us clear photos of:

  • The damaged area

  • The packaging it arrived in

  • The product label or barcode

Once verified, we’ll offer you a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
